I purchased my first home with David’s help and I couldn’t have been happier with the job he did. Throughout the entire process he was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He took my complete lack of real estate knowledge in stride and answered (honestly and candidly) every dumb question I could come up with. I bought a new construction property. He was very patient throughout the process. He was always available when I would send him messages and took the time to explain the buying procedure for new construction homes. He gave me valuable suggestions while negotiating with the builder. I think that definitely gave me better deal. Now after several years of home ownership I decided to sell and again David kept me well informed and answered all my questions and made the whole experience enjoyable to reflect on. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!
