Please Describe The Problem : We wanted to bring it to your attention that our water heater has gone out about 5x since we moved in. We have had to re-light the pilot multiple times. We are unsure as to why it keeps going out. Not sure if this is fixable but wanted to document it.

Also, we believe the rose bushes in the back yard are dead/dying. We were not sure if this was our responsibility. The bushes were there when we moved in.
