Please Describe The Problem : 1. We need to know how to turn the ceiling on in the Master Bed room. There is no pull cord, almost looks like it needs a remote control.
2. The Grass(weeds) in the front yard looks terrible. It is need of some treatment, fertilizer, please see if the owner is going to do anything to improve this. It would be a good idea for the owner to have a lawn service do some treatments. We are keeping it cut.
3. The gutters and down spouts need to be cleaned, We have let you guys know verbally 3 times, maybe better to put it in writing.
4. We would like to hang curtains and pictures on the walls. Per our contract we are not to put nails in the walls, I spoke with Don he said it was fine. We need this in writing from the Owner please.
